If you are looking to get rid of the pudge on your belly, this is the book for you! Of course, it is some work, so expect that. However, if you want to put the work into it, you can get the reward--a flat belly! A really good read, along with Fatass No More! How I Lost Weight and Still Ate Cheeseburgers and Fries.
I was really excited to be given this book, having a new baby and trying to work out how to feed him healthily - it was really disappointing to find nothing new, except factual inaccuracies and misleading information.
I bought this book on the recommendation of so many mums, and it was a great help to get started through the minefield of weaning - I found the first and second stage recipes a great help, although some of the second stage ones are a bit too similar.

I have received the book as a Christmas gift from a friend who told me that she had two options: read it to understand me or give it to me so that I could know someone just like me :)
I really enjoyed the book and read it in 2 days. Elizabeth writes in a colorfull way. Her journey is indeed more than a journey and because I felt much like her I appreciated every piece of it.
