Two things to be aware of - Glen has a kind of Essex / cockney accent which I found distracting as a UK buyer. (US listeners may find it charming!). Personally I prefer a voice which is more neutral.
As another reviewer mentioned, the CD layout really doesn't work unless you know how to programme your player to play one track only. The first track sends you to sleep (well, for me, sometimes...
I'm sure the theory behind this CD is great, its very well put together, and yes, it probably will work for many people.
But I'm afraid Glenn Harrold's accent quite simply drives me mad.
If you're happy being lulled into a trance by a voice that sounds like one of the cast of East Enders, go ahead and invest - but as a Northerner, this just doesn't work for me at all :o(
Having used the Cosmic Ordering Guide book by the same author to activate my pineal gland I thought I would be lazy and give this audio CD a try. IT WAS MESMERIZING!
